The flavored sour milk, along with finely chopped fresh red tomatoes, greeny cilantro, fresh cucumber, crunchy onions and masaledar chaat masala for that tangy taste is all one needs to relish Mixed Salad Raita. For that spicy factor, a chopped chili in the thick yogurt makes it bit more spicy and delicious as well. (Serves 60 ml in 1 portion)
