How can I book an order with Cookifi?

What is the timeline for placing an order ?
Its very important for us to make sure you get the best chef available for your preferred cuisine. And to ensure that, we have built online availability check by putting order details like date & time it shows real time availability.
Also you can keep your slot blocked in advance by paying token payment available only for bookings done before 1 week.
How does your referral scheme work?
You can refer Cookifi to your friends & relatives and earn a discount of 10% on your next experience while your friend also earns 10% discount by using your Referral Code.
Please Note: Referral Bonus is applicable only after the referee has booked the services by using referral code.
Which locations do you serve?
Cookifi Experience is currently providing its services in the entire Bangalore. Cookifi will very soon be expanding its branches to other cities as well.
What is the Payment Mode?
Cookifi accepts 100% advance online payments. Customser can choose from credit card, debit card, net banking, Integrated payment wallets or NEFT.
Are the service providers verified?
Cookifi Chefs are onboarded through a systematic process. Each and every chef are being strictly tested and verified before Cookifi takes them on board.
What is the cancellation policy ?
We understand you may have to cancel your order with us. For that, we have a very simple cancellation policy :
1. Cancellation of order can be done before 7 days from the order date after deducting 2000 as cancellation fees the rest of the amount is refundable.
2. No refund is applicable for cancellations within 7 days from the order date. 100% amount is retainable by Cookifi.
3. Slot booking fees of is non refundable.
4. Rescheduling of order is allowed only once & is subject to availability of slots.
What cuisine does Cookifi offer?
We have a variety of cuisines to choose from. Ranging from the Traditional Indian delicacies to the Exotic Continental cuisines like Italian, Mexican, Thai, Chinese & Continental.
Can I customize my menu?
Yes. Of course you can, all menus on website are customisable you can add and remove dishes of your choice and design your own menu.

What about the ingredients?
The Chef will bring all the ingredients required to prepare the selected Menu. You don't have to worry about anything
When should I book an experience with Cookifi?
You can book a for any occasion like a Birthdays, Anniversaries, Housewarming parties, Kitty Parties, Kids' Birthday parties, Surprise Birthday Parties, Inviting friends over to catch up, Planning to watch a match with friends, Office parties, Business meetings, Corporate catering etc.
Can I book Cookifi for a house party?
Yes, you can. In fact, we do have a variety of theme based menus that you can select from for your house parties / Kitty Parties / Get together, etc.
Can I book Cookifi for a birthday party?
We know you have a lot to do when it comes to hosting your parties. We would love to make it a little easier for you. You can select from our menus or go for our innovative variety of live stations like Live Pasta Station, Live Chat Counter, Live Chinese Stations and many more. Do I need to have any special equipment for the chefs?
You need not worry about that. Our chefs are very well efficient and shall be able to prepare the meal with the utensils available in your Kitchen. Should you need any details, just drop us a mail at email@example.com or call us on 080 61914022, so as to help you with it.
What are the terms of making a payment?
Pre-payment of 100% has to be done at least 48 hours in advance to confirm your slot with us.
Will the Chef's be serving to our guest?
The Chef's do not provide any steward services like serving, cleaning etc.
However servers can be arranged on additional cost.
What is the arrival time of Chef. What is food start time?
The chef arrival time is 1 hour prior to the food start time.
What time you want food to be ready is the food start time when you ideally want drinks, starters to be ready followed by lunch/dinner.
Food is best consumed within 4 hours from arrival time. Cookifi shall not bear any responsibility for food consumed after the stipulated time line.
