Panchratna Dal

<p>A healthy preparation which is a mix of 5 lentils which are tuvar, moong, chana, masoor &amp; urad dal. It is protein packed as it contains the nutritive qualities of 5 different lentils. Goes best with bati which is served with hot piping ghee on top. (Serves 100 grams in 1 portion)</p>

Baigan Bharta

<p>Roasted brinjals, skinned and made into a simple but exotic preparation with tangy tomato &amp; spices is something which is impossibly irresistible. It is typically eaten with hot Bati with lot of Ghee on it. (Serves 90 grams in 1 portion)</p>



<p>The hard round shaped bread rolls which doesn&rsquo;t contain yeast has its own way to be cooked. The concept of unleavened bread rolls which is called Baati comes from the villages of Rajasthan where it is cooked amidst the coals.. (Serves 2 pieces in 1 portion)</p>



<p>The crushed wheat flour cooked amidst sugar and jaggery is one of the Rajasthani and Haryanvi delicacies. The addition of the pure ghee gives an extra aromatic touch to the mixture. (Serves 60 grams in 1 portion)</p>
