Panchratna Dal

<p>A healthy preparation which is a mix of 5 lentils which are tuvar, moong, chana, masoor &amp; urad dal. It is protein packed as it contains the nutritive qualities of 5 different lentils. Goes best with bati which is served with hot piping ghee on top. (Serves 100 grams in 1 portion)</p>

Baigan Bharta

<p>Roasted brinjals, skinned and made into a simple but exotic preparation with tangy tomato &amp; spices is something which is impossibly irresistible. It is typically eaten with hot Bati with lot of Ghee on it. (Serves 90 grams in 1 portion)</p>
